Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and best practices for e-commerce platforms and direct-to-consumer websites.
• Conduct technical SEO analysis (site performance, indexability, international SEO, accessibility) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing tracking of industry trends.
• Manage on-page and content-focused SEO projects, including audits, blog creation, and educational content strategies.
• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and enterprise-level SEO platforms.
• Measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and provide data-driven insights to inform future actions.
• Execute content plans aligned with business objectives, consumer trends, and seasonal opportunities.
• Contribute to the automation and streamlining of processes using AI tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SEO, including e-commerce and content optimization.
• Proficient with analytics platforms and SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, aHrefs, BrightEdge, SEMrush, SiteBulb).
• Base knowledge of HTML and Python, with an understanding of how to leverage AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Solid grasp of on-page SEO principles and the competitive analysis process.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and UX best practices is an asset.
• Previous experience in an agency environment or working with enterprise clients is a bonus.
• Fluent in English; bilingualism (English & French) is a strong asset.
